Automate Forms, Signatures, and Records on Your Own Servers
Build intake processes from a description or a Word or PDF form. Customers fill out and sign online. Documents and tracking are automatic, and every form includes routing and an API.
Describe a form
Say what you need. You get the form, its API, and its document to review in the editor. No signup required.
Send a document for signature
Drop in a PDF or Word file, add signers in order, and place their fields. Each signer is verified, and every step is time-stamped in an audit log.
Run it on your servers
On-premises, in your cloud, or air-gapped. Start with a free trial license, then request the free Starter license or a paid license. Paid licenses are annual and per database cluster, not per user.
Add details to shape the result
End your request with phrases like with product list, without required fields, with narrative, with date parts, or name specific fields you want.
Things you can ask for
- Intake: service requests, assessments, job or loan applications
- Agreements: NDAs, disclosures, service or rental contracts, terms acceptance
- Documents: notices, letters, payment or medical authorizations
- Notifications: alerts, reminders, approval or denial letters

Everything in One Platform
Every submission, with its document and signatures, is stored and tracked in one dashboard, with nothing else to buy or build. You install it on your own servers: on-premises, in your cloud, or fully air-gapped.
🔒 Predictable by design: A new workflow is generated, reviewed, and running the same day, with no per-seat fees, no GPU, and no AI in what runs. The same input builds the same form, API, and document every time.
Build
- A web form, its REST API, and its document template, generated together from a description, your own text, or a Word or PDF file
- An editor for layout, field types, rules, lists, and the document
- Each save can create a new version, without breaking integrations built on earlier ones
Host and Collect
- Every saved form has its own link, served by the platform itself, with nothing to embed or deploy
- Share it by link, email, website, portal, or API
- Sign-in by single sign-on or an emailed code, attachments, and optional Stripe payments
- Each submission is stored in your database with its document, data, and version history
Manage and Sign
- A submissions dashboard with status, comments, and full history
- Tasks, approvals, requests for more information, and pend, close, and reopen
- Notifications, a calendar, and renewal reminders
- Sequential multi-party eSignature with a signed copy at every step, an audit log, and the finished PDF sealed with your organization's certificate
- Teams and permissions, emails, webhooks, and chaining one submission into other forms
No separate web app, submissions database, workflow tool, document service, eSignature service, or single sign-on broker is needed.

Load Tested and Security Scanned
On-Premises Load Test
100 concurrent users at about one submission a second, each creating a record and a 6-page PDF, with typical responses of 300–600 ms, on a single 4-core virtual machine below the documented minimum.

Genie Snap runs on Windows Server with IIS and SQL Server, with no GPU and no cluster to manage. It suits any organization that needs predictable forms, generated documents, and full control of the platform, and it was built with regulated environments in mind.Cloud-Optional, Not Cloud-Bound
No GPU Requirement
Your Data Stays on Your Servers
No AI Model Needed to Build or Run
🛡️ Deploy On-Premises, in Your Cloud, or Fully Air-Gapped
Genie Snap installs the same way on‑premises, in your private or public cloud (Azure, AWS, IONOS, GCP, or any environment meeting the technical spec), or fully air‑gapped. Email goes through your own mail server or SendGrid, and Stripe is used only if you collect payments.
- Single Sign-On: Optional, through Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, or AD FS. Everyone else signs in with an emailed code. Details →

🧠 AI Is Optional: A language model, hosted or local such as Ollama, can draft a new workflow's text from a short description. The form, API, and document are always built from that text without AI. See details.
- Private, Public, or Multi-Tenant Access: Deploy internally for your own team, publicly so external clients can submit and sign, or as a multi-tenant platform your organization hosts on behalf of its own customers. See the Partner hosting model →

🛡️ Self-Host Licenses
On-Prem, Cloud, or Air-GappedLicensing is per database cluster, so you can license a separate cluster for each department, business unit, or environment. Each cluster runs independently, with its own forms, submissions, workflows, and compliance boundaries. You can also host it as a multi-tenant platform for your own clients, or move workflows off third-party SaaS onto infrastructure you own. Learn more for MSPs & Integrators →
💾 Self-Host Download
One installation package runs anywhere: on-premises, in your private cloud, or air-gapped. Request it to start the download, and your 1-month trial license arrives by email. After the trial, request the free Starter license or a paid license, which drops in to replace the trial license on the same installation.
📧 A business email is required, only to keep the download free of spam and bots. It is not added to marketing lists.
Submission limits reset each license year. If a limit is reached or a license expires, only new submissions stop. Single sign-on and updates are included at every tier, and you can pay by card or invoice. Full license terms →
