Access to certain features of GenieSnap.com may require payment. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time through your Dashboard settings.
The software is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genie Snap LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the software.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the software at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that result from such use.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
