How Licenses Work
- Each license covers one database cluster and is tied to its domain.
- The trial license arrives with the installation package. Every other license is requested from Genie Snap and drops in to replace the trial license, with no reinstall.
- Submission limits count new submissions per license year and reset each year. At the limit, or when a license expires, new submissions stop. Everything else keeps working.
- Hosting other organizations, each in its own Team, needs Professional or above.
- The free online sandbox is for evaluation, not production use.
- Pay by card or invoice. Published prices can change with prior notice.
